仕事内容	・Oversee budget planning & analysis for all respective brands and for the group. ・Help manage the financial closings and forecast processes for the Japan organization. ・Be responsible for various consolidation processes in Japan ・Be integral in business process stream-lining and improvement - to further develop the FP&A function with your team and together with the finance director ・Liaise with Head offices in Geneva / Regional reporting ・Support any ad-hoc corporate level and business level projects and reporting - Interface with the entire finance team, brand managers/other departments on the brand side, and other divisional support - Manage 4-5 analysts who are assigned several brands respectively
応募条件	38歳以上 46歳以下（特定年齢層の特定職種の労働者が相当程度少ないため　）大卒以上 - Extensive FP&A experience. At least 7-10 years’ experience focused in this area - Solid understanding of general accounting including practical experience - Overall 10-15 year’s business experience - Strong oral and written communication skills in English - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Ability to work cross functionally ビジネスパーソンとして洗練されている方各部署との調整能力、コミュニケーション能力問題発見及び分析、解決へ向けたプロアクティブな取り組みのできる方 - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Proficiencies in computer skills - Strong process management skills - SAP experience and knowledge preferred ビジネスレベルの英語力必須
